To achieve in f2p you need to sink the soul jar. Two methods are:
1: Repeatedly using arcane flash
2: Use a high-powered imp near the soul jar.
It isn't the simpliest achievement to get in f2p, because you would need to combat a member with full underdark.
When the jar is floating on water, it will have to be touched by an Arcanist to sink.
