Note that you don't have to be the one to kill the opponent. As long as a teammate's minion is used to deal damage to the last enemy, you will get the achievement.
Note : You can achieve this achievement in a 1 vs. 1. Also, for some odd reason, if your opponent uses a minion (Dark Knight for example) to kill themselves, this will unlock the achievement. This has been confirmed in a 1 vs. 1 game.
