The best way to do this is with one friend in an unrated game. Both you and him should jump in the water repeatedly until you have less than 10 hp, or find another way to get very low hp.
Then you stand on your friend and use a bomb straight down, just tapping your mouse with no charge. This should send the bomb so it's in between you. When it explodes, it should kill you both and get you the achievement.
