Simply click the "Hotseat Game/Training" tab at the Main Menu, and go to the "Tutorial" from there. Follow the instructions until you beat "Enemies" ("Enemies" is an NPC who does nothing). The Tzhaar-Ket will take a strong mage or warrior to beat. The tutorial ends when you defeat Enemies and capture the tower controlled by the Enemies. This earns you the achievement.
Note:
- In the tutorial you can end your turn multiple times to build up a good amount of mana (more is earned by capturing houses, portals and towers). Use this mana to buy powerful units such as mages and dragons.
- If you can't get this achievement, AoG probably isn't the game for you.
