You can achieve this starting at level 3. The last weapon to collect is usually weapon #7- Plasma Cannon. The Plasma Cannon can be found on The Bridge. To find it, you will have to go all the way up to the top. Once there, press 'ESC', and look for an X of yellow dots. The Plasma Cannon is there, you enter from above it. You should be able to find the rest of them on your own.
