A good strategy for obtaining Mega Miner:
- Buy the following equipment:
- x2 multiplier
- dynamite
- aqualung
- gas mask
- This loadout can work too:
- x2 multiplier
- climbing hooks
- If you're skilled enough, bring these:
- x2 multiplier
- x3 multiplier
- Collect all ores that you come across, except perhaps iron and ones in rocks. Iron will only cost you time, but since it is found in abundancy, it may make it a lot quicker. While concealed ores are often more valuable, they require an explosion to get it out - too many explosions and you will not have the opportunity to get enough points.
- Escape. Escaping will double your score so you only need 50,000 points. This is where the climbing hooks might come in handy, especially if the volcano is already erupting.
